Overview Effective Date: January 1, 2021 These Terms of Use (“Terms”) represent a legal document for the Mastering Insurance Admin Academy membership website (“Member Website”). By using our Membership Website, you agree to fully comply with and be bound by the following Agreement each time you use our Membership Website. Please review the following terms carefully. Definitions The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Mastering Insurance. The term “Site” refers to masteringinsurance.com. The term “user,” “you” and “your” refers to members of the site. All text, information, graphics, design, photos, images, materials, documents, data and intellectual property accessible on or offered through our Membership Website or Services, are collectively known as our “Content” is our property and is protected by the United States intellectual property laws. Payment Terms Payment for the Membership Website is $67 per month if you purchase a membership on or before February 15, 2021 Current and previous Private Practice Academy Members, individual consulting clients of Dr. Ajita Robinson (“Individual Consulting Clients”) will be able to pay $39 per month at any time. After February 15, 2021, membership for the Admin Academy will be $97 per month. Payments will be automatically deducted from your account each month. By registering for our Membership Website, you are authorizing Mastering Insurance to automatically debit or charge the credit or debit card you provided when you registered for this the Membership Website. Registration for the Admin Academy membership is for a minimum of 6 months from the date you register, for a minimum total of $402 over a six month period. Mastering Insurance will automatically charge your debit or credit card for at least six months after your registration. By registering for our Membership Website, you are authorizing Mastering Insurance to charge your debit or credit card for at least six months – even if you cancel your membership. If you wish to leave the membership early before the end of the 6-month commitment, or remove your payment type without replacing it with a functional payment type, you’re agreeing to be charged for the remaining balance up to $402 or $582 if registering after February 15, 2021. You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from us, (i) any credit information you supply is true and complete, (ii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your bank or credit card company, (iii) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes, and (iv) if your initial payment method is dishonored, you will still pay the incurred charges, including any surcharge we may incur due to the dishonored payment. Refund Policy: Once you have registered for the Membership Website – WE WILL NOT ISSUE ANY REFUNDS. Membership Term: Membership will last for at least six months. After six months, you may cancel your membership by contacting our HelpDesk and giving 30 days notice of your cancellation. Cancellations sent to email, social media accounts, are not honored. Access to Materials: By registering for the Membership Website, you will have access to the following materials (“Services”) for as long as you are a registered member: (1) Credentialing 101 DIY course; (2) Billing 101 DIY course (3) One Monthly training session; (4) and the private Facebook community; (5) Mastering Insurance Templates packet; (6) Monthly office hours with Guest Experts Guest Content: Guests are vetted to meet Mastering Insurance standards of best practices in regards to their state licensure requirements. Guests appearing on the group coaching calls for 1:1s for consultation are in the process of navigating insurance billing or credentialing issues. Views shared by guests are not affiliated with Mastering Insurance, nor is Mastering Insurance responsible for any guests’ personal or professional actions, behaviors or beliefs expressed outside of the Admin Academy, Mastering Insurance Blog. Mastering Insurance reserves the right to remove from our site, social media accounts, or ancillary hosting services, any content, comment, post, or guest’s views that coincide with illegal therapeutic practices, hate speech including racist or homophobic language, or such language that puts current and past clients of Mastering Insurance at Risk. Removal of this content is at our discretion. Mastering Insurance is not a governing or licensing body; report clinical or ethical misconduct accordingly to the appropriate authorities to ensure client and patient safety.
